Who is responsible

The Talent Portal is operated by wynwood tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its head office in Miami, Florida, USA, together with its affiliate wynwood tech solutions GmbH in Berlin, Germany. In this policy, “wynwood tech” means those two companies.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, your email address, and the password you choose.
  • Profile details: phone number, date of birth, country, skills, and a profile picture if you upload one.
  • Application data: the roles you are put forward for, the answers you give in assessments, and the status history of each application.
  • Portal messages: the notifications and updates shown to you inside the portal.
  • Technical data needed to run the portal: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery.

Why we use it

We use your data to deliver the staffing service: to create and secure your account, to assess whether you fit a role, to present you to a client who is considering you for a role, and to keep you informed about your applications.

We do not sell your personal data, we do not pass it to data brokers, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where your data is stored, and who else is involved

  • Hosting: the portal and its data run on Google Cloud Platform, under the account of wynwood tech LLC.
  • Bot protection: the sign-up, sign-in and password-reset forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated abuse. Your browser loads a script from Cloudflare in order to run that check.
  • No tracking: this portal runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no Meta Pixel, and no comparable product.
  • A current list of the service providers we rely on is available on request from talent@wynwood-tech.com.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, data protection law gives you the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it,
  • have inaccurate data about you corrected,
  • ask us to erase your data,
  • object to our processing of your data,
  • receive the data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable form.

To exercise any of these, email talent@wynwood-tech.com. We handle such requests in line with applicable data protection law. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and application data for as long as your account exists and for as long as we need it to provide the staffing service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you want your data erased, or want to know how long a specific category of data is kept, email talent@wynwood-tech.com and we will tell you.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page changes with it. For any question about this policy or about the data we hold on you, contact talent@wynwood-tech.com.
