About these terms

These terms apply to the wynwood tech Talent Portal. The portal is operated by wynwood tech LLC, a Florida limited liability company with its head office in Miami, Florida, USA, together with its affiliate wynwood tech solutions GmbH in Berlin, Germany. By creating an account you accept these terms.

What the portal is for

wynwood tech sources contractors for digital, cloud and enterprise-software projects. The portal lets you create an account, keep your professional details up to date, apply for roles, complete assessments, and follow the progress of your applications.

What the portal is not

Creating an account does not create an employment relationship, a contractor relationship, or any obligation on wynwood tech to offer you work. If you are engaged for a project, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement. We cannot promise that you will be presented to a client or placed in a role.

Your account

Keep your details accurate and up to date, because we rely on them when we assess you for roles. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else, and keep it confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Create one account for yourself only, and do not create an account on behalf of someone else.

The information you submit

The information you submit stays yours. By submitting it you agree that wynwood tech may use it to assess your suitability for roles and, where a role is relevant to you, present it to the client considering you for that role. Do not submit information that is false, that belongs to someone else, or that you are not free to share.

Acceptable use

Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the portal, to other accounts, or to any system behind it. Do not interfere with the running of the portal, and do not use automated tools to extract data from it.

Availability

The portal is provided as it is. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and the service can be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that is used to submit false information. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing talent@wynwood-tech.com.

Changes and contact
